Our compact roller garage doors have been developed for garages where there is limited space above the opening. A wide range of sizes can be accommodated up to 2880mm wide and up to 2150mm in height. Each is supplied with two key fob transmitters, a single channel receiver with built-in courtesy light and a bottom slat sensor.
A secure stainless steel locking mechanism automatically locks the garage door providing greater strength than counterparts using plastic locking arms. The door operation is powered by a 240V Somfy tubular drive motor covered by a 5 year manufacturers wantanty. In the event of power loss an internal manual override facility is supplied complete with a detachable winding handle.
Space saving headroom with narrower insulated slat...
 The Compact utilises an aluminium slat insulated with a CFC free foam core that is narrower than those supplied with normal doors (see comparison on right). This allows a tighter, smaller coil which needs just 205mm (8") of headroom. The rail guides are also smaller at 60mm so they can be fitted into a smaller space.

Although slimmer than standard doors these Compact roller shutter garage doors offer excellent security against intruders. Combining a sturdy locking system, rolling code remote control technology and tough extruded aluminium which has been tested to wind resistance equivalent to 59mph (Force 10 Storm).
